Here are what you need
Tofu
Prawn
Scallion
Corn starch
Oyster sauce
- Marinate prawn with cornstarch and few drops of sesame oil.
Cook a cup of water over medium fire, add oyster sauce and dash of salt and pepper.
Stir in tofu, cook for 1 minute, add prawn and stir quickly.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced scallion
