Another beautiful swiss roll made by me, heheee....My next attempts is macaron, so just wish me luck.
Ingredients:
3 medium eggs
60 g sugar
80 g cake flour
30 ml corn oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
strawberry jam as required
-Beat egg and sugar till light and fluffy, fold in flour, vanilla essence and corn oil. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Spread with strawberry jam and roll up.
