Baked Enoki Mushroom and Bacon

Another fast and easy yet delicious dish and it can be ready in less than 15 mins. All u need to do is clean the mushroom and discard the bottom cluster, wrap with a piece of bacon and bake for 10 minutes. When it done, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Some people say, washing the mushroom is not necessary. But since i'm sure it had been touch by i don't know what kind and how many hands, i'll wash the mushroom 5-6 hour earlier and drain it in the dry place, so it won't be too watery when cooked.
