Soy milk banana shake
I thank aa peter for teaching me this soy milk recipe.
If you getting bored with "beany" taste of soy milk, you can try this, or add cane sugar or hazelnut syrup (like what aa peter told me...too bad i can't find it here)
To make this banana shake you'll need 2 cups of soy milk, 1 ripe banana, cane sugar (or sugar alternatives...i would prefer without sugar) mix with blender. Ummm...yum... nutritious and healthy drink
