Easy made tofu and fish soup
Ingredients:
1 package tofu
sliced fresh tuna/milk fish(as u need)
1 tbsp thinly slice spring onion
1/5 cup shredded baby ginger
1 tbsp garlic flakes
dash of salt and pepper
- Boil water and baby ginger for 10 mins.
add fish boil for another 5 mins, then add tofu.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with thinly slice spring onion and garlic flakes.
Serve hot
