Chinese Herbal Jelly Mix

In a hot weather like today, i would prefer to have this green bean mix for dessert.

Chinese herbal jelly (cincau in Indonesian-sien cau in Mandarin)
Cooked green bean
Glutinous rice balls
Crushed ice

Put everything in a bowl and pour a cup of coffee creamer(5ml is enough)on top. Best served cold

* Do not refrigerate cooked glutinous rice balls, otherwise it will be hard

Coffee creamer best goes with black coffee, also perfect with chinese herbal jelly
