Chocolate Chips Cookies
Akhir2 ini suka bikin cookies deh, sayang gada yang bantu makan, luckily there's a kindergarten school in the next block...so i take it to them. But if you're doing weight training stuff, better navigate away from this recipe.
Recipe adapted from joyofbaking.com with slight modification, since my previous cookies was too sweet for me.
Ingredients:
226 g butter, softened (but not melt)
100 g granulated white sugar
70 g light brown sugar
270 semi sweet chocolate chips (i use hershey's)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
315 g all purpose flour
100 g walnut, chopped
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method:
Beat butter, white&brown sugar and salt for 2 minutes, beat in egg 1 at a time, beat well in each addition, add in vanilla powder.
In separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda add in butter mixture, chocolate chips, chopped walnut and mix well. If the dough too soft, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Drop 1 tablespoon of the dough to the baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees C for about 12-15 minutes
